Good brands, not a good culture, balance or any value for the customer of employee

Extremely high prices, nearly double the comp, bad install quality, and management hires and gives all the leads to their friends despite the time and sacrifices you made for the company. not a bad place to learn the trade as a stepping stone but the longer you stay the more your "head trash" will develop as you see the typical big company decisions that keep taking from the customers and yourself.

Always a adventure your job title is not really what you only do

Interview for inventory specialist but honestly i do everything but managment for this company. They do offer overtime to employees who show drive. My work is recognized hope to grow in this company as long as the pay gets better.

Great place to work

The owner is one of a kind guy. Really cares about his employees and about what he teaches them. Never spared a dime on classes, tools or paying you a competitive wage to keep a good worker. Overall a great place to work with a big family that you never knew you had.

the not so top notch harp

there is something better out there the only good thing is that u get a check everyone there are two faces they play the game of he said they said all the time ,,,,,,,so just work someplace else
