It’s not $49,000.00. I dont know where they get this number. I am a Deputy and if this is what I am supposed to be paid then they owe me at least $5,000.00
What would you suggest Harris County management do to prevent others from leaving?
If they could upgrade the pay and provide more opportunities for growth within the company.
Poor management of the program that I worked under, poor communication, no support, inconsistent/unclear expectations, bullying, dishonest employees, class discontinued, unstable work.
Submit application, possible testing, if pass testing there will be a background interview/check, then an interview by hiring department and then possibly another interview depending on department.
First time interview was amazing and very interesting and makes you want to work for a company that is so dedicated to children's needs. Advancing is very difficult in being an excellent teacher where they want you to stay and not advance up.
