I applied for the call center bilingual eligibility service representative position. Had a short telephone interview with recruiter. Received email invitation to have face to face interview. Went through 2 interviews. The first one was with 2 staffs, manager and call center manager. Second interview with 3 staffs, two from first interview and another staff speaking in my language. Got my result back the following week with a job offer.
A person is interviewed by two supervisors. Then another set of two supervisors will interview that person. After that, an assessment test will be taken in another location. Then, if the applicant is applying for a position which requires the ability to speak a foreign language, the applicant will be tested at another location to find out how fluent that person is in that language.

We were called individually foe our interviews but entered a room with 4 or 5 tables, with 2 harris health employees at each table. They tell you where to sit and then a series of questions. However, it did get loud with so many people in a small room. Be very focused and try not get distracted.
Interview process was quick and fair

Long. Be prepared to answer a lot of questions unless you are the one they want to hire.
