The expectations are for Excellent care and a high value placed on those who are committed to providing this level of care. The pay for performance wage increase system recognizes those who come to work, on time and do their jobs as they have been taught.

There is always an opportunity for those who work hard to grow with HH. Just recently, HH paid for four C.N.A.'s to become LPNs. The staff who have committed to our CORE VALUES of Integrity, Excellence and Service Before Self truly are The McGuire Difference!!

I guess it is like everything else, it's what you make of it. If you want to be cool with going to work you will be. If not then you won't. It's up to you. I like it myself. Good people all the way around: the patients, staff everyone. Do I have rough days, ya but you have those everyplace.
