I worked at Harvest for about 7 years, overall it is a good place. Management is driven on always moving forward with new ideas and implementation but always remembered to thank all employees for their hard work.
Senior Sales Account Manager in Miami, FL

Fast paced work environment, stressful situations daily with shipments coming in and going out as well as quality issues due to the nature of the produce industry. Had a bad president for a couple years, which is why I left, but now old management is back and they were good. Workplace culture is fun and family like. They try to help build a strong relationship between the team. Employee appreciation events including sporting events, parties, bbq's, lunches. The people are great and it's a fun place to work.
