First and formal I will make sure everybody get a good pay where they're able to survive I went put so much work on them on one salary fair is fair then I will make sure I have excellent customer service working sales associate for good customer service skills cuz that plays a big part then I'll make sure everybody gets some good hours overtime would be available the ones that don't want to work I would say bye bye the ones that do want to work we will have a great team and the job will get done and I would expect every want to respect each other I work as a team

Also I would like to add to my last response. Reward your employees be it part-time or full-time for the lowest to highest postions with a simple general well done to let them know they are not forgotten and appreciate it's the team from baggers to managers like helps the entire customer experience.
First and foremost I would be fair with hourly pay for positions. Nothing is no more rewarding than working hard and providing excellent customer service to the customer when you look on your check each week and it shows how much you are appreciated. Secondly I would have in-service every year for the hourly employees. It helps to be refreshed our jobs in a group setting . I think it build great team building skills and actually give us a hands on approach to learning amongst our peers. Also I think that under no circumstances should any employee like myself should be out of the loop on changes that affect me from doing my job whole heartly. I think we should not be chestized talk down to or belitted in a hostile setting. I think when thing are taught with compassion and understanding and great customer service like we give our customers employees tend to understand there jobs better and feel competentin thier ability to there job.
I would not be as strict on the workers all the time.
