FAKR...They are only looking for puppets and have no interest in change. They (managment) talk the talk but cannot walk the walk.

FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO WORK. 1 🌟 here and that is because the production workers really try (most of them) however; management appears blind and illiterate. Showing a horrible amount of favortism. They could not manage their way out of a hallway if it had only 1 door. GO ELSWHERE FOR WORK.

Terrible work environment, terrible management, very unsafe working conditions. Lack of ethics, morals and integrity. This company has great potentional that will lay dormant until the CEO opens his eyes. His management team is useless and running company into ground wasting a lot of money on rediculous things and snowballing CEO. If only he could see what they do before he gets ready for his visits... It's hilarious to watch... Some are literally sweating physically on CEO visit day because they have altered so many documents and told so many lies...RUN FAR AWAY TO ANOTHER JOB...

Hatch has a future. How good it is depends on the CEO getting his management team replaced or in line. It's nothin but a "boys and girls club" at this point. Everyone sleeping with everyone to get ahead and noone really caring what happens to company. They'll care when they are standing in unemployment line. Worst production planner ever as well.

I literally have anxiety/panic attacks many mornings even with perfect attendance. I stand my ground and do my job which means job security for me is an illusion because I am no "management groupy". I was hired to do a job and I do it to the best of my ability even with horrible treatment. I will continue to punch the clock until I find a new job for now it's a paycheck.
