Fire all management and start over

Ongoing training for management to better manage employees as well as conflict. Be sure management is following PROTOCOL and company rules just as much as regular employees should be. For example, there's NO reason why someone should be placed on administrative leave and not informed about it for several days, until the day of a meeting determining their employment status. That's ridiculous no matter the circumstances!
