Account Coordinator (Former Employee) – New York, NY – April 13, 2014
It's a very "young" company, so there is a lot of fun and social life. Hours are usually pretty long. Salaries and benefits are very disappointing comparing to industry standards. Also - pharmaceutical marketing, is a very ungrateful subject. Work is very interesting, and your job can change with every project. At the same it's a very high pressure environment, so only for those who can take some heat on daily basis.
Friendly and casual enviroment
Low pay, long hours, bad benefits, often stressful
Great agency to work for with incredibly talented individuals
Fidelity Media Planner and Buyer (Current Employee) – Boston, MA – April 1, 2014
Havas is an excellent agency due to the incredibly hard working, talented and intelligent individuals that work there. The employees truly care about the work they put forth to their clients' and will stop at nothing to deliver the highest quality advertising and media solutions.
Media Buyer (Current Employee) – New York, NY – November 21, 2013
A typical day at work would be meeting with the assistants and making sure they meet all their deliverables on time, follow up with emails/phone calls on either inventory requests, scatter needs, option/expansion needs, etc. Over the past 3 years working at Havas, I think one of my biggest takeaways would be how to learned to manage my work load and multi-task. This I also think is one of the hardest parts of the jobs as new work is constantly coming up.
