Toxic management and knee-jerk culture. No regard for excellence in work or organizational loyalty. Key to status and security who you cater to in the organization. Lip service regarding employee retention, little regard for employees. HIGH employee turnover, nurse burn-out.

It is not about what you know or how well you do your job or how long you have been employed. If you can smile while you push the knife in a back, this is the place to be. And you will need to wield the knife on a routine basis.

In general the corporate culture is bad. There is very little personal regard for employees, even long term employees in good standing. There are pockets of people who care here and there but they are powerless to help in any way. If you speak up about something you are you will be targeted and scrutinized or overlooked for opportunity.
