I'm a current employee. This place is not a equal opportunity workplace. It's a good ol boys club. If your not in the circle then you dont have a chance of advancing. They dont promote within. They bring rookies off the street and hire them as managers. The Dallas market managers treat their people like second class citizens. It's pretty sad really. This used to be a great company to work for. Until they get rid of their upper managers then this place will continue to fail.

Bring back the family atmosphere, stop sneaking behind people's backs and building cases to fire them or run them off. Confront them, talk, train and educate and make a better worker. That's the key to sucess. Be aware of what your employees are capable off
