Very hard to get promotions

The culture and people that work there are fantastic. However, the promotions are very few and far between. It get's very discouraging after a while.

My experience was bad

I was hired to do one thing. When I started they had me doing items that I knew nothing about.Kids running around the office. The person that was supposed to be training, was busy with her child and very poor training. She was more interested in paying attention to her kid instead of training me.
