She is an expert at creating narratives that put her in the best light at the expense see of others."Everyone knows the pathologist is difficult to work with and impossible to please" yet no one checks her unscrupulous practices in pathology with patients and staff alike. Necessary Equipment is cheap or broken or absent. Inefficient floor plan. Equipment failure and short staffing is a weekly occurrence despite 30-50% work increase.
