Don't work for HCL. Don't do business with HCL. Their strategy is to start strong, treat employees like badly then slowly start removing employees at the cost to the quality of the project.

You apply online and get interviewed in a tiny room by one of the team leads. They will ask you basic questions about your customer service experience, etc. there’s nothing really unique about the interview process.
