Overall Good Company, some drawbacks
Most do not work at HCL offices, you work on the client side. So meetings and workplace culture depend on company you are providing work for.
Lots of continuous training is offered and required, usually to make sure we are meeting standards required for the client. Performance and deadlines are stressed as key to keeping account happy.
All teams - more ... I worked for had an onsite/offshore counterpart model, so additional meetings are scheduled early morning or late evening to accommodate for that.
Management sometimes keeps employees in the dark about feedback from the customer. Not enough ... - less
ProsGreat Affordable Benefits, 401k, Culture
ConsVacation is never more than 2 weeks, regardless of how many years you are with the company
