Co-workers are cool, everything else is mediocre

Do not recommend. There is only agent positions available and everyone is paid 13 an hour regardless of what the hiring posts tell you 15+ dollars, not true. Co-workers and trainers are awesome, management is alright somewhat. Some of the TLs are scummy and have favorites. Otherwise job is very relaxed and ok-ish. Just not good if your looking to grow and move up or anything, but if your looking for a job to just do and pass time. This is it.

Management is poor and if the client doesn’t like you they will fire you no questions asked. Client didn’t like me and they terminated me without giving me a reason. Stay far away from this place & go where employees are valued over clients

Terrible place

This is a terrible place to work. They don't care about you. Management is unprofessional and simply blows you off. If they do answer you, they'll give you some excuse like, "that's just how it is with a company this size."

Avoid like the plaque

Accepted a job with HCL in November. In March, I'm told job was only for a particular time frame. No mention of this was ever brought before. Do not trust HCL management and avoid this company.The company is also so controlling over everything it took a month to get all the software installed I needed to do my job.

Great opportunity, poor benefits

Horrible management. Company is based out of India and take a lot of India work values with them, not grasping that American labour laws are important. Predatory supervisors who invite Agents out to clubs. No communication and a lot of half way efforts to meet work goals.

PowerObjects (the former name of this company) used to be a wonderful place to work. When India-based HCL acquired the company, little by little the identity, culture and success of the company has been destroyed.
