General Laborer (Former Employee) – Soperton, GA – September 18, 2017
Long hours, hard work, and plenty of travel. Great coworkers and competent management. Typically you will start your day at 6:30am with a team meeting where the day is planned out by the Superintendent and the foreman. After that you will be on your feet, working in sometimes harsh conditions for the duration of the day which usually ends around 5:30.
If you enjoy working outdoors, building relationships and working with your hands then you will enjoy this business.

Great company to work for! Positive and encouraging environment! Received competitive pay. They will keep you at work, and transfer over to the next renewable energy job site when possible. They will train when necessary.

It is a good company to work for. They have good management. The hardest thing about the job is the weather. While working with HCS ,you will pick up good work skills. The whole experiment with HCS have been fun.
