Software Intern (Former Employee) –  Sugar Land, TXOctober 24, 2017
Being an intern, I didn't have flexibility in terms of my schedule. Career advancement is hard to gain in this workplace. It is a fun place to work and for those to need fitness they have a lot of programs.

Not a fast phased company
Senior Accountant (Former Employee) –  Alameda, CAFebruary 9, 2017
The company phasing is normal on a daily basis but when there is a job action, it gets intense and very fast phased. You need to be a multi- tasker and willing to extend your working hours.
Pros
Free lunches from time to time
Cons
Need to spend many hours at work on several occasion

Not the Place for an Innovator
Services (Former Employee) –  Sugar Land, TXNovember 9, 2015
Don't let the games, flexible work schedule, and wellness programs fool you. It is a company that is stuck in its ways. Far from innovative.

The best part of working for HCSS is the people you get to work with. You learn very fast this is not your typical work place. Management spends a lot on wellness programs for employees. Great opportunity to learn new things too.

Free friday lunch, free drinks, fruits and nuts any day. Awesome fitness program for employees
