In my 40 year career I have never felt more connected to not only leadership, but Frontline workers. Working at headspace help me understand how much the same all humans are. This is an amazing company with amazing people

I really enjoyed the culture of this company and the product. I learned a lot about myself and meditate regularly now because of the app. The leaders are all great people and the company tries to hire people that have good energy, enjoy meditating, and have a strong work ethic. I was there during a transitional time in the companies growth, so I saw some growing pains that hurt a lot of people and made it hard to move and grow in the company. I do value the product and goal of the company and I really wish it nothing but the best. I learned/ continue to learn so much about my soul through meditating and keep my vibrational energy high because of it which in turn translates to better energy around me always.

Headspace helps millions of people around the world – it's a great app and an important mission. This attracts lots of smart, caring people who are passionate about mental health and wellbeing. Perks include a nice office, dedicated time to meditate, and catered lunch. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend working at Headspace at this time. Voluntary and involuntary turnover has been very high, and many previously high performers leave Headspace feeling unsuccessful and disappointed. A lack of clear vision and strong execution from the top, combined with poor management in the middle, has created a culture where people are afraid to take risks and do not feel supported by their leaders.

C - suite works for its board and not for the benefit of its people and product. Headspace has a solid product, but lacks focus for product growth and its mission. Changes goals and direction every couple of months. Many are unhappy with their role and direction of the company. People leaving weekly.

I enjoyed my first three months at headspace. However, they continued to book me passed our agreed contract and have refused to pay me for the 6 weeks of extra work I did for them.
