Patient care management or their model of working is ridiculous unless they have enough staff. Which they won't due to the nurse practitioner who is a bully and has no idea what teamwork entails. She is just there to make sure she demeans and demoralizes her staff and talk had about patients and other doctors. NP ON A TOTAL POWER TRIP.
Hire competent c-suite. Don't sweep favoritism under the rug because you like someone. Don't have bias. Trust your employees or expect to lose them.
Working here is horrid. Backstabbing, favoritism, lies and gossip. Employees lives being ruined so a handful of employees can get ahead. It's like being perpetually in high school. HR doesn't care, if anything they are the worst of the bunch. I have never seen an HR department so unwilling to solve a problem, but then again, their leader is rotten, so why wouldn't the whole department be rotten. Disgusting place to work. Shame on Healogics.
The interview process was very laid back, the Program Director at the time, made the interview fun and I was able to relax and be more myself.
