The employee moral is at an all time low due to management changes.

A typical day was 8 hours.
I learned alot about medical claims and medical procedures.
Management doesn't have the skills needed to lead.
I really liked my co-workers and felt we were a tight unit.
The constant insecurity about procedures was the hardest part of the job.
I really enjoyed processing the medical claims.

My first real job.

This was my first real job and I was very happy to say that I worked at a very well known hospital. I loved helping people that needed a caring person. Russ Harrington was one of the nicest people to work for.
