Health Advocates Network, Inc. Registered Nurse Review

Great travel company

I enjoy working with this company. I’ve been an employee for over a year now and I have no complaints. Management is very kind and I have a good relationship with my recruiter.

Competitive Pay

Competitive pay and adequate time off, streamlined onboarding process, kind staff, agency lacked communication at times, but would definitely recommend!

Micromanaged to a T

If you are a successful, seasoned recruiter that can handle your own desk without someone breathing down your neck constantly then run. It is extremely micromanaged even for top performers. Newer company that won't last bc of how they treat their employees.

Pros

Coworkers are nice

Cons

Money is awful, no one is paid the same either

Horrible Micromanagement

Micromanaged to the point where you cant even work. Constantly told to focus on new things. Very poorly managed and almost zero job security. Toxic environment where it's everyone for themselves with zero team work or collaboration. Leadership has no direction and therefore provides no direction.

Pros

Good base salary

Cons

Poor commission plan and management
