Health Advocates Network, Inc.
Health Advocates Network, Inc. Recruiter Review
Horrible Micromanagement
Micromanaged to the point where you cant even work. Constantly told to focus on new things. Very poorly managed and almost zero job security. Toxic environment where it's everyone for themselves with zero team work or collaboration. Leadership has no direction and therefore provides no direction.
Pros
Good base salary
Cons
Poor commission plan and management

Micromanaged to a T
If you are a successful, seasoned recruiter that can handle your own desk without someone breathing down your neck constantly then run. It is extremely micromanaged even for top performers. Newer company that won't last bc of how they treat their employees.
Pros
Coworkers are nice
Cons
Money is awful, no one is paid the same either

Very Supportive Management
This is not my first rodeo and HAN has far and above the most supportive management I have ever worked with. The reason I chose to work for HAN is my nurses. The support I receive is the same quality of unlimited support offered to my traveling nurses. When I recruit someone, I can feel confident my nurses are not only my first priority but they are the first priority for every department company-wide. If you work with HAN your calls will be returned and your questions will be answered.
Pros
Managerial Support; JCAHO Accredited

There is a collaborative nature to this company. The various divisions work cohesively together to produce great work. Everyone is cheering for your success. It is a great team environment that is motivating and positive!
