You pretty much work independently most of the time with little supervision. However you do need to stay on top of your work load or you will fall behind.

It's a robot like environment. Management watches you like a hawk. No talking allowed during work hours unless it is strictly about work/projects and even then you must keep it low and to a min. NO CELL PHONE EVER for any reason! Its like working at a sweat shop. Very OCD management style! They will have a formal meeting about why you clocked in 1 min late. Employees are treated like children. If you want to work with humans, dont work here! ZERO Humanity!

It is a little formal, rigid, but i understand why - these are legal cases and hospital processes so productivity is key.
