Personal Care Assistant (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJanuary 10, 2019
Working at Health Force of Georgia can be a positive or negative experience. Personally, it came down to where I lived in relation to where are their cases were. There were seldom any available cases and none close to me. The type of shifts I received were inconvenient - split shifts (4 hrs work, 4 hrs break, 4 hrs work) an hour away. It wasn't worth it to drive that far for such an inconvenient schedule with low pay and no benefits. But it may be different for someone who lives closer. They didn't have anyone in the Marietta area at all.
Pros
Pick your own schedule (you can turn down shifts you don't want with no consequences)
Cons
low pay, no benefits, go nowhere job

This job is great for first time CNA's. you are able to set your own hours and make as much money as you would need. You get apis every week which is a plus.
