Overworked and underpaid.
Customer Service (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAApril 18, 2019
Their whole mission is for a health conscious lifestyle but while working there it was from that. Stressful workload, under appreciated, long hours and underpaid.
Pros
Free lunches.

casual attire, free lunch; BUT very demanding/problematic workload
Life Insurance Case Manager (Former Employee) –  San Diego, CAFebruary 8, 2019
People/co-workers were friendly and tried to be helpful but individual workload was out of control, extremely stressful and one had to work too many hours during the week (and for most, this included weekends as well.) Casual attire and free lunch nice...but these are small perks compared to excessive, problematic workload with low pay.

The schedule is not flexible as employees were told. You are told to sign compmay forms withour ample time to review them.. You work at least 55 hours per week.

Awesome work environment
Inside Sales Representative (Current Employee) –  San Diego, CAJanuary 31, 2019
The people are awesome, the management is great and they are collaborative and easy to approach. I do not stress out going to work everyday as everyone is typically happy and excited. We have amazing benefits: catered lunches daily, yoga & bootcamp classes, subscription to the studio that teaches our fitness classes. It's a high volume, fast paced environment, but it makes the days go by quick, and there's always room to grow and learn.
Pros
emphasis on health & wellness
Cons
not much time off

Hard place to work and stay healthy
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  CaliforniaApril 21, 2018
Twelve plus hours per day - 5 days per week. Zero work-life balance. Employees are constantly sick and stressed out due to the long work day, meetings during your personal lunch time and very little pay. No overtime as you are salaried! 50K / 60 hours work week does not equate to much.

Great place to work
Senior Sales Agent (Former Employee) –  Mount View, CAFebruary 2, 2018
I had a long commute, Concord to Mt. View. After working 10-12 hours a day the drive to and from added 4-5 hours a day. If you live close to the office it would be fine.
Pros
Great environment and people
Cons
Too far from my home

Collaborative and forward thinking company. Many opportunities for career growth and expansion in a small company environment with big company mind set.
