Thank you for your feedback. We understand that purchasing a clinic can be a difficult transition for employees. We do our best to maintain the teams already working in these clinics, as we do not have staff already employed in locations where we purchase clinics. We value and respect our employees, as well as our patients. Intentionally overbilling patients and ordering unnecessary examinations is not acceptable, and any suspected activity such as this should be immediately reported.
