PCA/Caregiver (Current Employee) – Purcell, OK – July 18, 2019
I like working for the company, been there almost 6 years now , it’s a great place to work you have your own flexibility , nobody bother you , the most of the supervisors are great at least the ones I’ve had were wouldn’t change nothing about it
PCA Personal Care Assistant (Former Employee) – Oklahoma City, OK – May 12, 2019
Worked on and off here for 3+years and the hours can vary greatly depending on the manager assigned to your zip and clients who are willing to let you come to their house due to the over turn rate and lack of a steady aide. I love the type of work, just not all the complaints that aides are having to personally deal with, when it's a company issue.
Personal Care Assistant (Current Employee) – Tulsa, OK – April 14, 2019
the coordinator I have/had don't keep up with everything when I made a change in clients I was told where to go and at what time. The first client they gave me already had a PCA and the second was supposed to have the same PCA but she didn't show up to the second client's house. If there was a problem with the scheduling they called and yelled at me even though I call them ahead of time and informed them.
Ambulance Service Paramedic (Former Employee) – Benson, Willcox and Tombstone in Arizona – March 28, 2019
This business is loaded with clicks and small town friends that if you wern't born there, you are rejected. The calls were by far the best thing offered, but the folks who owned and management were very close-minded individuals
PCA Personal Care Assistant (Current Employee) – Sallisaw, OK – January 29, 2019
Enjoy being a PCA, the only thing, a PCA should get more money, they are like CNA's except PCA's don't take vitals or give meds, not $8.50 hr, that's why a lot of Pc's, go else where cause of the pay, n not enough hrs,

PCA Personal Care Assistant (Current Employee) – OKC, OK – April 13, 2018
Love my job and management, but bad pay,it's hard to make a living,I'm moving so maybe I can get more hours in my zip code, instead of driving ten miles to and fro,fir a two hour a day job that might require three times a week, gas isn't cheap
Advantage Case Manager (Current Employee) – Tulsa, OK – January 21, 2018
The only plus about this place is having an open schedule to work your own schedule, as long as you bill your units. Beyond that theirs nothing else positive I have to say about this place. Depending on your position determines your workload, and how you are treated and talked to as an employee. I am currently seeking employment else where. I have not had a good experience here, but yours may be different
Work your own hours
Long hours, high turn over, high caseload, not an organized company
Human Resources Director (Former Employee) – Purcell, OK – January 18, 2018
It's just a terrible place to work full of arrogant people who think they are better than others because they have worked together for a long period of time. It's dirty, the pay is terrible, the management is awful, and they have no respect for their employees.
