One of the best jobs I have had so far.

Overall, this is a great company to work for. The owners are very caring and understanding. You need to create a schedule for yourself to be successful within the company. If you're not self-disciplined, you will struggle. Everyone is very friendly and inviting. Enjoy the advantage of the laid-back atmosphere and casual dress code while you work here . The PTO time is a great advantage as well.

What is the best part of working at the company?They don’t micromanage, but that also means the training is non existent. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The atmosphere, the pay, no benefits. They claim to care but that remains to be seen. The managers act like they are in high school, gossiping about former employees with the other employees. The team leads don’t even know the jobs of their team. It’s really a joke. The pay is low, they act like they are giving you the golden crown by offering PTO. Trust me, stay far away.

must be self motivated. you work on a team and the teams are always great support! seeing the owner of the company daily makes the job enjoyable! employees are very welcoming. a great place to work!

Loved working there

I loved my job there the only reason I left was I needed to have insurance and at the time it was my only option. I really didn’t have any bad experiences there

Great place to work

I loved my job with HST unfortunately when the Pandemic hit I needed a job that I could work from home . I would definitely recommend HST great PTO is an added plus !
