Get rid of office managers first. Useless in every way. Then go up chain of command. Policy is if there is a problem and mgr doesn't help to diffuse it you can go to HR. Big big mistake because they DO retaliate with vengeance. The staff openly discuss patients between each other and breach HIPAA. 1-10 as a good job? -10.

You get a review once per year. The raise is about 10-25 cents depending on your review.

You earn your PTO with time worked. You need 2 weeks notice for approval of time off which makes the employees call in sick, making staff too short to run all the chairs. If you plan ahead and have PTO, no problem.
