Provide a good approach, good & communication,politely manner, treating peatint, be on time, etc
I would have a place set up like a juice bar and coffee. People come in with nothing in bellies or thirst, children come in no telling when they have had orange apple juice. May have a little cost but in the end it pays off. Have it at 8am till noon and Frm 2pm to 4.
1. Would bring in qualified management and put in policies to guarantee proper employee training.
2. like the UK/Europe give employees a few chances to make mistakes and improve on them, for we are only human.
3. Treat everyone with respect no matter the qualifications, our actions speak louder than a piece of paper.
