I would implement better communication between all staff and reimplement evening meetings so the clients can stay informed on the rules and regulations of the house and feel that they are a part of the solution when things become problematic in the house. Clients need to feel as though they are a part of, and Case Managers and Counselors need to work more diligently as a team. I would also promote outings for caseload clients and Counselors once a month and allow clients to have one visits on the weekends after the Covid has passed. I would implement a Directors meeting twice a month so all Directors of all facilities can meet to come up with solutions and ideas that will help the clients improve with a better quality of life.
