As a case manager for this company, you are expected to work 8.5 hours daily as a salaried employee. The work load is unreasonable. In the Charleston office, the CM/UM supervisors and director are wonderful. Its the management above them that make it miserable. The health benefits are worthless and expensive. The only reason I paid for them was because - more ... our government requires it. I wouldn't recommend this place for employment to my worst enemy. - less
ProsPossible to work from home, if you meet the outlandish requirements
ConsNo way to advance, work load is unmanageable
