The work is not particularly demanding physically or mentally. During low illness seasons, patient volume is quite low for a single provider office. One must be comfortable with solitude in a single person office. They pay well for the work but it does appear NP's would prefer full time hours to part time and it creates some turnover in this type of - more ... position. - less
