It is a very good place to work if you are in the learning phase of your life and want to build your technical skills. Due to the small size of the company, you don't have much option and opportunity to grow in career but definitely if you are in the initial stages of your professional career and ready to face some real fast paced work environment, this is the place. To excel in career in all senses be it monetary, responsibilities, expertise, etc., you would have to definitely make a move after working for few years. Growth internally is slow in latter stages of work.

If you are picked to be a favorite of this company-believe that you will be picked on. Management has no real grasp on team work, morale, and building. Office "politics" plays a HUGE role here. Absolutely no communication whatsoever. Last minute instuctions.

Competitive Pay (However no salary increase, raises or bonuses though they are promised to you) Very little challenge No conflicts (As long as you agree with MGMT) A few good employees. Ultimately if you want a job where you just sit at your desk all day and grind out some work for either no reward or with no ambition, this is a good place. If you are out of the game and are just looking for a place for a few years before you retire I recommend this place. No chance for promotion or growth. People who have been here for 10 years have never had a change in job status. New people walk in and take the higher positions. None of the products actually work as intended due to terrible coding techniques and a lack of testing. You will spend most of your time trying to keep these products working for the customers. Egregious usage of outside third party support and employment to finish projects out of house. After the products are finished they do not meet goals and consume your time in house to change them to meet management expectations. Expectations which are unreasonable to begin with. Staff does not put out any effort and you will find yourself taking on the work load of your peers in order to meet deadlines and expectations. MGMT at ALL levels is atrocious. Communication is non-existent. Turnover is quite common (If they even hire someone)

Enjoyable work environment, friendly co-workers, and management are both friendly and very approachable with an open door policy. Working hours are very flexible and getting time off needed is not a problem at any time. Projects are plentiful and I enjoy the freedom to work on these challenging projects without being micro-managed. The company also holds team building outings (BBQ, Bowling, etc.) and off-site lunch meetings which are enjoyable.
