its ok
its just like a normal desk top. you get your little spot and just work away. I was in the emergency unit so i would put in new clients information. Then i would decide what benefits they get and then send them off to another co-worker.

No work/Life balance
The entire role was misleading. You solicit donations all day no compensation for gas or lunch. Not to mention the lunch break is only 30 minutes. HEAP believes in financial freedom but the pay system sucks and they do not care about work conditions

At this company it was an experience because most of the work was done on the computer But the supervisors were very helpful cause what they don't know they will ask or another co-worker helped.
