They won’t make it Louisiana because they have a bad reputation and getting worse. They are known for numbers numbers and make you feel bad that you didn’t meet your goal of not have 5 or more terminally ill people a month. Retail hospice. Misleading on patient care. They truly don’t pay for Chemotherapy and other treatments, that’s to just get the patient to commit to them but later deny paying. They are ambulances chasers and wants everyone to play more than one role. It’s a big show from the outside but once you get in the door, you will see the constant turnover, uneducated management staff, favoritism, good ole girl club, high pressured hospice sales, no time for compassion, the stress of daily conference calls, micromanaged, they don’t trust the people they hire, they don’t pay their bills. They basically sell you a lie! Don’t leave a job you have been on for years thinking it’s better, it just dressed up. The grass ain’t greener on the other side. Don’t hurt your family thinking this is long term.
They aren't going any where because their parent company located in South Carolina has deep pockets and no thumb on the pulse of their CEO. But nothing is going to fix their terrible reputation.
I agree with deep pockets, but they’ll still be around with a very poor reputation.
Unfortunately due they will probably be around due to their parent companies deep pockets.
