They do not train people properly and the human resources person is a disaster.

The "senior leadership" believes if you are not a nurse then you are not qualified to be the administrator when the nurses that they promote have no managerial, finance, leadership, human resources, or budget credentials so they rely on the business office manager, or account executives to do their job for them all while they are getting paid 80-90k and the office manager and account executives are being paid half that.
