I was a Forman for two different locations, at my evaluation I was told that my .15$ raise was based on the plants over all performance. I broke records, raised culture, and had perfect attendance. Transferred to another hearthside location , and received another .15$ each year. There raises suck, it don’t matter how much of an asset you are.
