No problem hireing dental assistant if the apply ear worked as a DSA and have experienc without having a creticate .dsa job is not difficult at all a person can learn easily so after that he can in advance knows what the dentist needs in advance during treating a patient.i have the experience as a DSA for 14 years then I was asked to manage a cssx department soeaialized in dental instrument so I organized a different type of dental trays each type of dentistry like pedo protest perio ends and so on
I would recommend contacting a Heartland Office for an unpaid internship. Your chances of being hired are much more likely if you've proven yourself first.
In Maryland no. The recruiter made it seem as if they offer on the job training but once I got to the office the manager (very unprofessional) said they don’t have time to train. Wasted 3 hours of my day.
Some lobs just get you in the door and they will educate you to move up
