If or when I would leave: too many Dr changes, never seems to be anyone "in charge", better pay and benefits, BA position is somewhat of a joke hiring without a dental and or AR background then the expectation is to do AR things (extensive AR, adjustments etc) with very little training. See way too many errors that could be avoided with the right training and support.

They don't care about you. Its all about the money and god forbid you have family issues or get seriously sick. They will find every way to force you to leave. So sad. Better off staying with a private practice.

Administrators do not have the education to be in management positions. Low raises. Mediocre benefits. Long hours. Tremendous responsibility with below average pay.

I have left the Easton pa location . Management was horrible! The dentist was so slow and texting all the time. Patient wait time way to long. . No breaks , overworked and underpaid ! Business assistants should have more training . They have NO knowledge of dentistry .

The culture is terrible. They only promote you if you kiss butt and you dont have to prove a thing. A lot of empty promises and a ton of drama. If you arent part of their drama or friends its pointless to care about your job
