Great place to work at
Heartland industries is more than just a job. everyday I walked in there I loved it, it put a smile on my face just saying hi to everybody, I learned so much from this job. they gave me different kinds of training. When I advanced I got more training, everyday was rewarding.

They are a great company, decent benefits. But there is a lot of favoritism and hypocrisy. Keep your head down and just work and you'll do great. But don't try to advance cause it won't happen either.

Interesting position working with individuals with mental and physical disabilities to find meaningful work both within the agency and out in the community.

Working at heartland, you get to meet a lot of exciting and caring people. When you go home, you feel good about your job and how you helped people learn valuable life skills. Great management, super fun team.

Once a month we would have a staff potluck. Twice a month there was always new types of training offered, every two weeks we had employee meetings once a week we had team lead meetings, nobody didn't know what they were to do the communication and what's expected was said.
