Whatever they decide for the day in Harrison, OH

If you want to do multiple jobs and get paid for one, then this is the place for you. Management is horrible. This company hires people who have no clue what they are doing instead of paying the people they already have doing the job correctly. This place is a joke.

Company has drastically changed for the better in the past year. Company will be paying bonuses for first time in a long time due to improvements. Fast paced and always looking to make improvements.

Job security, union benefits, and alot of opportunities to advance. Cool people to work with. Started as a material handler then worked up to material handler 3, then worked up to be a welder. Lots of opportunities

What can i say about heartland? Hmmm let's see: The staff on hand is extremely family oriented. It's not really a union. Dont fall into that scheme. It's nowhere near osha approved. It's about to go under. Just ask the employees when you start. Worst they've seen the place in 30+ years. Pay is low for the tasks at hand. Management has no clue whats going on. Youll fight for the insurance you already pay for to actually be usable. Insurance is outstanding once it's actually useable. Union dues are fair. Could be worse but not by much could be better. Just gotta fire the plant manager.
