The sales guys are treated like gods of the company and they only care about their growth. The CEO will have one-on-ones with them but no one else in any other department. If you are in accounting, admin, assistant, technician, etc. They don't care. The sales guys act how they want. Don't care how they treat other people. Then wonder why they go through so many people not in sales. Many people would ask me why there was such a division, no matter what I did helped, and management didn't see a problem. Only thought iwas personal for the person and no one should care.
