Offer more full time and hours to good employees, quit hiring and cutting hours it makes no sense just adds to problems. Don't micromanage your staff and don't play favorites. Let your employees change departments if they might be more successful. And if their hurt on the job don't talk down to them. And finally my biggest pet peeve do coaching in office not at register in front of customers.

Well I would say benefits it’s major problem it’s a lot employees who need benefits. You have to have certain amount of hours or you have to be full time. As a partner at heb I think bonuses need to be payed to your partners. Because without the partner there be no heb. Benefits and like 401k at 3 month mark I think. I see a lot people switching or moving to a bigger heb because of money wise. 10.7 billion dollars you can afford to get every store a 200 or bonus to every partner not just one person or managers.
