If you’re looking for an easy going no stress job with good work-life balance Helium 10 is a good choice. People are friendly and talented but management is horrendous. They keep hiring useless managers but I guess it’s a growing pain.

They do not promote from within, work is not challenging, pay is not competitive

Creative and productive workplace with tons of in office perks

I enjoy working for H10, the people are great and the owners really show their appreciation for how hard we all work. It's fast-pasted but still a lot of flexibility. The company is growing tremendously and the management team is learning how to navigate that. Tons of great perks in the office that make it much more of a valuable place to work.

free breakfast, free chiropractor and massage, flexible hours, amazing people, caring owners

Cons

Growth can be hard to manage at times, the management team works hard to structure accordingly

Be prepared to learn a lot and to continue learning. If you want to just clock in and out, this is not the company for you. The company is full of highly motivated and extremely talented people. At first, this can be intimidating but it becomes very rewarding early on. Employees at Helium 10 love to collaborate and mentor each other. The workplace culture is very inviting. The number of benefits and amenities is insane, especially for a startup. Don't expect a personal chef, but we do have work sponsored retreats, snacks, tons of educational trainings, monthly massages, an on-site gym and more!
