It depends if one works day or night shift. Night shift is usually 10 hrs, while working 4 on 3 off. Day shift works 5 on 2 off, working 8 hrs. It is usually has a start time to finish, while fluctuates in hours depending on the number of orders coming into the facility.
Depending in what branch the HelloFresh is at it would depend on the temp service when first hired, which it fluctuates every year.
No sick leave available for temps or permanent until a later date. Permanent employees will start receiving sick leave in the New Year of January 2020. And once received it would be 5 paid sick days a year, along with Paid Time Off.
Working with little space, tons of newer workers, fast paced work, increasing volume that sometimes becomes overwhelming to get done and causing a lot of overtime.
Expect the unexpected. Things may change fast there or not at all. Make sure you like to work in the cold environment of 37 degrees, on the production floor, or -20 degrees, in the freezer. Otherwise, you'll be cold all day.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at HelloFresh? What are the steps along the way?
Get hired pretty fast as a temp, usually around a week. Being hired as a permanent would be like 4-6 months.
