Very inconsistent and there was no work life balance. I realize now that all hvac service techs struggle to some degree with this.

I disagree with the "very inconsistent" and no work life balance. HELP did a survey through our GPS system and all techs, on average, were "away from home" 8.5 hours a day.

If you need time off or would like to be home early one day- you merely have to ask your team leader and we do a great job of ensuring that time is award to you.
