Only one raise a year and most people get 3% if they are lucky. It takes way to long to top out on pay. Also, they never give a cost of living raise either.

They used to give out annual raises. Those who did a good job received them. That's all changed with their new rating system.

Once hired after 90 days you get a one dollar raise. From there you get one once a year also a raise after your yearly review. Been there 2 years and make over $17 hr
