The interview process was carried out with the department supervisor for Revenue Cycle Management. I was given a bilingual over the phone interview in the human resource department. The interview included a tour of the department. I was called back and made an offer within a week, and a start date within a month.

HCMC is a teaching hospital with a heavy work load that can get frustrating when residents don't make sure that they are ordering the correct exam. It becomes time consuming when the techs have to call to make sure it is the exam that they really want. There is a very diverse clientele. Many foreign cultures as well as domestic.
